Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Tillshop.org or engaging our services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Tillshop.org's website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. If you are using our services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
2. Services
Tillshop.org provides IT services, software solutions, digital marketing, web development, graphic design, and software licensing. Specific service terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual project agreements or proposals.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in individual project contracts. Generally: - A project deposit (typically 50%) is required before work commences - The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as defined in the contract - Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in your contract - All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, intellectual property rights for custom work created exclusively for you transfer to you. Tillshop.org retains: - Rights to general tools, frameworks, and methodologies used - The right to display work in our portfolio (with client consent) - All rights to work not fully paid for
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful project delivery, clients are responsible for: - Providing accurate and timely information, content, and feedback - Making timely payments as agreed - Having proper authorization for any content or materials provided to us - Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timeframes
6. Limitation of Liability
Tillshop.org's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or data loss.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver our services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your contract.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
